Kingston dyes HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless 7.1 headset white to fit PlayStation 5

HyperX, the gaming arm of Kingston Technology, has announced the Cloud Stinger Core Wireless 7.1 gaming headset in a redesigned white color with vibrant blue accents to match the design of the upcoming Sony PlayStation 5 console.

The device is equipped with 40mm drivers for immersive gaming, emphasizing mids and highs and emphasizing low-frequency components. Supports 7.1 virtual surround sound.

It can be connected to PlayStation and personal computers. Data exchange is carried out via radio communication in the 2.4 GHz band; the radius of action reaches 20 m.

The declared frequency range extends from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. An electret condenser microphone with noise cancellation is provided. The device weighs 244 g.

The claimed battery life on one recharge of the battery reaches 17 hours. A 0.5 m USB cable is used to replenish the energy reserve.
